Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Switch / Maestro. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

All credit card payments are transacted through either PayPal or Nochex leading secure transaction providers for the internet. Your credit card details are never disclosed to our company or anyone else when purchasing from this site.

Shipping
All orders placed via this website before 3pm on weekdays are despatched the same day (subject to products being in stock). Shipping is by Royal Mail, who quote 2-3 days for UK, 3-5 days for Western Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the world. Please allow a minimum of 10 working days for delivery before contacting us for failed deliveries. Note that many of our packs will not fit through letterboxes or into mailboxes and therefore the Royal Mail will leave a card informing you of how to claim your package if it has not been possible to deliver to your address.
